You can also request the Saved Chat history from the web. If you’re using a PC, you can use the web to request your Snapchat conversations history.

Step 1: Open Snapchat Web

Go to your Snapchat account on your web browser and log in to your account with your username and password.

Step 2: Tap Data

Click on Data and you’ll see all the data that will be contained in the file you’re about to request.

Click on the Request button and Snapchat will send you a link to download your Snapchat Data.
